Seachanger - CMY Color Wash Description
The SeaChanger Color Engine is a CYMG color changer utilising the light source from a Source4. Through unique, patented processes, the ESTA Award-winning SeaChanger Color Engine yields the most robust and highest transmission dichroics available. These dichroic patterned filters allow the user to control the color, intensity and saturation of theatrical lighting to unprecedented levels of precision. The seachanger colorwash engine is supplied complete with lens. What’s more, with input from lighting designers around the world, we’ve refined our patented dichroic filter processes to create a surprisingly sophisticated color engine — a unique color-changer technology that puts unmatched color, brightness and versatility at your fingertips. SeaChanger fills a niche between inexpensive, but maintenance-intensive gel scrollers and higher priced moving lights that may not be needed for most productions.
