The Color Glo 500 has 3 outlets and is capable of separately controlling the brightness level, effect mode and effect mode speed for each RGB channel output. These effects are set using control switches in each of the columns labeled R, G and B. The two dip switches, labeled MODE, activate the manual or preprogrammed lighting effects. (The chart below illustrates the settings and the effects.) The rocker switch, labeled DIM, sets the brightness level for that channel in the manual mode. These controls are disabled in the preprogrammed effect modes. Adjusting brightness levels effects color variations in the overall lighting effect produced by the RGB light strip fixture. The rotary knob, labeled TEMPO, sets the individual speed for that color, independent of the preprogrammed effect. This allows for fine tuning of color and effects.
The Color Glo 500 may be connected to an Expansion Module to generate RGB color changing effects to an unlimited number of RGB light
strip fixtures.
