Animation Disks are fabricated from stainless steel. The 16.5" (42 cm) in diameter disks are available in eleven different etched pattern designs. The disks, being out of the focal plane, allows sharp focus on the gobo in the pattern slot while the rotating disk animates the effect of the gobo. The effect of rotating these disks creates moving effects such as fire, water or leaves. The key to the system is the creative matching of gobo and animation pattern.
